Legal Guarantee: In accordance with RDL 1/2007, durable goods have a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery, managed by the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover deficiencies due to negligence, knocks, improper use, incorrect installation not carried out by an authorized Technical Service, or materials subjected to normal wear.
In justified cases, the manufacturer may choose to repair, replace, reduce the price or refund as legally established. The warranty does not cover defects caused by external factors, accidents, normal wear, improper washing or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
The images on the website are as close as possible to the final product due to variations due to customization. The warranty does not cover discrepancies between the image and the product received.
Exclusion of Commercial Guarantee: External damage to the device (breakage, impact, fall), improper use, installation not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, damage due to force majeure or electrical surge, cosmetic damage, consumables and commercial or industrial use of the product are not covered by the warranty. .
Returns and Purchase Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal: The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase for 14 calendar days without the need for justification, counted from receipt of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, communicate your decision before the 14-day period expires. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 business days from when the decision to withdraw is informed and the returned product is received.
Consequences of Withdrawal: The customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the order, minus shipping costs. If the order included a promotional gift and part of the order is returned, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the promotion.
Return and Withdrawal Conditions: The product must be returned in the same condition received, with the original packaging and all accessories and documentation included. The customer must assume the direct costs of returning the product.
Product used beyond mere opening, damaged or incomplete will not be refunded.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products in poor condition, incomplete, used, without original packaging, without accessories or beyond the established period. Partial refunds of promotions are also not accepted.
